Dr. Lauretta Rubino is an international technical expert and executive with over 20 years of experience specializing in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, systems engineering, and emissions control technologies. She serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the VERT Association, a Switzerland-based organization dedicated to the promotion and verification of best-available technology for the abatement of particulate matter and gaseous emissions from internal combustion engines. In addition to her executive leadership at VERT, she is the founder and CEO of LR Consulting, where she advises on project management, research and development, and aftertreatment systems such as Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) and Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF). Holding a PhD, MASc, and DIC, Dr. Rubino actively contributes to international clean-energy initiatives, academic research, and global forums focused on advancing sustainable transport, air pollution mitigation, and cleaner urban mobility.
